Hi there, I'm Hannah Grace, and I'll be telling you about my adventures in Computation Land this week. This being the intro, Welcome! To my umm... Bloggy-Web-Pagey-Thingy??? Now, where to start...

Monday: The First Day...

The first day has been more fun than I thought it would be! I've aways had pretty good computer skills. But today, I was faced with my greatest challenge yet! Tackling the impossible world of Terminal  and Nano. Now we are using KompoZer, which is much easier to use. I'm using it right now, to make my webpage, and will continue to use it. I didn't really know what to expect, but I am sooo glad that I came.

Tuesday: The Second Day...
The second day has been better than the first! We used Scratch, this story/game making application. Last year, doing a similar camp to this, Geek Squad, I was a little familar with how to play around with it. Back then, we had to repair a game. We didn't get to come up with our own projects. We went more in depth with it here. It was so much fun. You know, if your idea of fun is tinged with a bit of insanity. It was riddled with complicated road blocks as everything is!
Here is my first project it's unfinished, but I had lots of fun making it.

  Wednesday: The Third Day...
It's only going up from here. Today was AWESOME!!! We did interviews (mine includes bloopers...) and worked with Alice. Though similar to Scratch, Alice was much more difficult and complex. It was more 3-D compared to the 2-D cartoons of Scratch. Two people who worked with EA Games came and talked to us about their jobs. I think I may actually know what I want to do when I grow up.Click here to see my interview.
I had lots of fun making it.

Thursday: The Fourth Day...
The fourth day has been really fun as well. Today we just made Alice movies. I kinda played Webkinz most of the time because using Alice was a bit too hard for me... The only thing I did on Alice was set up a caste tower scene, surrounded by a forest. But even if I couldn't get it to work, I still had fun just setting it up. With that being said I don't have a project to post... Sorry!!! :)

Friday: The... Last... Day... [NNNNOOOOO!!!!:(]
AAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWW.......... WHYYYYYY?! I love this camp, and don't want it to end. It has been oodles (Heh Heh, Oodles...:) of fun. And to think, learning was involved. The day we learned about Scratch, I downloaded it to my computer when I got home. Now, I actually may have a general answer to the question,"What do you want to do when you grow up, huuuuhhh???" The answer is,"I may want to do something to do with programming or testing video games" Now, about today, we used yet another program, this one called Game Salad. I... just... no... I could never figure out how to do it. We were supposed to be making a game, and well let's just say, people would buy my game just to burn it... Seriously. Well, this is I guess my last bloggy thingy, and... What? After this my web page just, gets lost in cyber space? (Is cyber space even a thing? Idk.) This is Hannah Grace, last post, ever.(maybe)

BBYYYYEEEEE!!!!!!!
